Food and shelter are not the only necessities. Laundry Love Fort Worth sees the Laundromat as a place where strangers become friends, people are known by name and the worth and dignity of every human being is acknowledged and celebrated. Come join us, be a part of our family.
National Story
The story of the national Laundry Love movement began when T-Bone - Eric, a homeless man living in Ventura California was asked a question: “How can we come into your life in a meaningful way?”. His response was honest and practical, "If I had clean clothes, people would treat me like a human being."
You are not alone. We are here for you.
What we do at Laundry Love:
Provide funds for washers and dryers, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.
Offer fellowship of Laundry Love volunteers.
Provide activities for kids in the arts and crafts area.
Offer a light meal.
